Small Business Loans - Commercial Finance
AEX Commercial Financing Group has developed unique training and referral fee programs that will provide business advisors with new options for assisting their clients. The loan officer training program should be especially helpful to residential mortgage loan brokers who have experienced a reduction in their business activity.
According to Stephen Bush, "AEX has developed new programs to help business advisors perform at the highest possible level for their clients and also get fairly compensated for doing so with a reasonable amount of effort. The recent chaos in the residential mortgage financing market has displaced thousands of financial advisors who are hoping to replace lost income with activities involving small business loans. Unfortunately the complex structure for most commercial loans and commercial real estate loans makes this an extremely difficult transition."
The AEX Referral Fee Program allows anyone to refer business financing opportunities and receive compensation upon completion of financing.
In addition to commercial finance brokers, referral agents can be friends, relatives, business colleagues, or advisors. With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work, so it is not necessary for the referring individual to have any knowledge of business loans and a license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX.
With the AEX Commercial Loans Training Program, AEX Commercial Financing Group is helping prospective commercial mortgage and small business loan brokers to acquire essential skills.
With this program, brokers will be expected to complete licensing requirements which are mandated. The AEX Referral Fee Program can be used to produce short-term income until brokers complete the AEX Training Program. As noted above, a license is not necessary to qualify for the generous referral fee payments offered by AEX.
We will certainly be equally appreciative of introductions and referrals to individuals who are not business loan candidates but which might benefit from our services and advice.
Examples include CPAs, attorneys, commercial realtors and commercial bankers. Please note that these referrals will not be included in our referral fee program unless there is a direct and immediate connection to specific commercial loans.
